摘要
以癸二酸和丁二醇为原料,采用溶液与熔融结合法合成了端羟基聚癸二酸丁二醇酯(PBSe),用甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)对PBSe封端,合成了线性遥爪型纸张增强剂TDI-PBSe。用IR,1HNMR表征了PBSe的结构并用GPC测定了其相对分子质量和分子质量分布;考察了聚合物TDI-PBSe对纸张物理性能的增强效果。结果表明,采用浸渍法,当TDI-PBSe溶液质量分数为14%,熟化温度为100℃,熟化时间为30min时,TDI-PBSe可明显改善纸张的物理性能,干强度提高63.44%,湿强度达到原纸干强度的59.03%,耐折度提高6倍,耐破度提高1倍。
Hydroxyl-terminated aliphatic polyester polybutylene sebacate (PBSe), a linear remote claw paper strengthening agent TDI-PBSe, was synthesized by sebacic acid and butanediol using solution polycondensation combined with melt polycondensation. The structure of PBSe was characterized by IR and IH NMR, the relative molecular mass and molecular mass distribution were measured with GPC. The strengthening effect of the TDI-PBSe on the physical properties of paper was investigated. The results show that for the immersion method the effect is obvious, when the mass fraction of TDI-PBSe is 14%, maturation time 30 min and reaction temperature about 100℃, paper dry strength is enhanced by 63.44%, the ratio of wet strength and dry strength(original paper) is raised by 59.03%, folding strength is 6 times, bursting strength is heightened by 1 time.
