摘要
在阅读《保护非物质文化遗产公约》时,很多人都会因为概念表述陷入"物"即"非物"的悖论,而联合国教科文组织提出非物质文化遗产概念是相对物质文化遗产提出的,因此,《公约》对概念的表述更多是在揭示和思考非物质文化遗产与其涉及的"物"的关系。笔者以非物质文化遗产概念演变为切入点,探讨非物质文化遗产与其涉及的"物"的关系,既有二者归属领域、功能、艺术性与价值性的辨别,也有"物"对非物质文化遗产传承、传播、开发利用中角色的探讨。
In reading Treaty of Intangible Heritage Protection, many would fall into a paradoxical state between material and non - material due to some misty concept. The concept of intangible heritage put forward by UNESCO is framed in relation to tangible cultural heritage. It is, therefore, trying to reveal and consider the relation with the material part. The author of this paper tries to investigate the relation between intangible cultural heritage and the material part concerned, including discussions on categories of belonging of the two, the functions, artistic features and value as well as explorations of succession of cultural heritage on the part of material, dissemination, and the role of exploitation.
