摘要
辅导员是高职院校学生思想政治工作队伍的重要组成部分。辅导员队伍素质的高低将直接关系到高职院校学生能否健康成长,也直接影响到高职院校学生培养的目标。因此,做好高职院校学生的思想政治工作必须以辅导员队伍的培养和建设为突破口。
Counselors are important component of the students ideological and political work team in higher vocational colleges. The counselor quality will be directly related to the students healthy growth and training goals. Therefore, the ideological and political work must make the training and construction of counselor faculty as a breakthrough point.
