摘要
目的评价缓释5-氟尿嘧啶腹腔化疗的安全性。方法对30例进展期胃癌病人在手术中放置缓释5-氟尿嘧啶进行腹腔化疗,观察术后腹腔相关并发症和化疗毒副反应发生情况。结果30例病人均无腹腔感染、吻合口瘘、切口感染和裂开、早期肠粘连发生,无严重胃肠道反应、肝肾功能不良和骨髓抑制发生,仅1例出现一过性肝功能不良。结论进展期胃癌术后缓释5-氟尿嘧啶腹腔化疗是一种简单、安全的局部化疗方法。
Objective To evaluat the safety ofintrapertoneal chemotherapy with sustained-release 5-fluorouracil in advanced gastric cancer. Methods Intrapertoneal chemotherapy with sustained-release 5-fluorouracil was applicated in 30 cases with advanced gastric cancer in operation. To observe the complications after intrapertoneal chemotherapy and side-effect. Results There was no abdominal infection, anastomotic fistula, wound infection and dehiscence, early adhesive intestinal obstruction, serious gastrointestinal reactions, liver and kidney dysfunction and myelo suppression. There was transient liver dysfunction in only one case. Conclusion Intrapertoneal chemotherapy with sustained-release 5-fluorouracil in advanced gastric cancer is a simple and secure method of local chemotherapy.
