摘要
在社会转型时期,我国新闻媒体迫于国内与国际传媒的发展形势,进行了体制改革。由于这种改革不是在市场经济的磨合中自然进行的,而是在行政作用下强制进行的,因而很难找到传媒双重属性的契合点,使新闻伦理陷入了二元对抗的困境之中,造成新闻伦理的异化。因此,要彻底改变新闻伦理的堕落局面,重构新闻媒体圣洁的精神之塔,必须建构一套系统的新闻伦理制度,确定新闻伦理新秩序,调节和规范新闻从业者的行为,为社会主义和谐社会的构建营造良好的伦理道德环境。
During the era of social transition from planned economy to market economy, the media in our country, facing the developing situations of media at home and abroad, is compelled to reform the old system and adapt to the development of times. However, the reform is not naturally carried out with the development of market economy but is passively performed with the effect of government. Consequently, it＇s difficult to keep the balance of media double qualities, which makes the media ethic plunge into the dilemma of the media double qualities resisting and causes alienation of media ethic. Therefore, in order to ultimately get rid of the dilemma and rebuild the previous spirit of media ethic, it＇s necessary for our media and government to establish a system of media ethic to regulate the behavior of journalists and brew favorable ethic environment for socialist harmonious society.
