摘要 光活化消毒技术也称为光动力疗法、光动力抗微生物化学疗法,是在有氧条件下,应用光敏剂和低能量激光,实现微生物灭活的一种新技术。它具有抗菌谱广、可局部应用、对耐药菌株也可发挥作用等优点,为根管内感染控制提供了新的治疗手段。本文就光活化消毒的技术机制及其在杀灭根管内细菌中的应用作一综述。 Photo-activated disinfection (PAD), also known as photodynarnic therapy or light-activated antimicrobial chemo-therapy, involves the use of a photoactive dye (photosensitizer) that is activated by exposure to light of a specific wavelength in the presence of oxygen. It is endowed with several favorable features for the treatment of infection in root canals, including a broad spectrum of antibacterial effect, the localization of its action, and the efficient inactivation of antibiotic-resistant strains. PAD provides an alternative approach to controlling root canal infection. This review summarized the mechanism of PAD and researches on its application in the inactivation of root canal bacteria.
