摘要
移民是我国大力发展社会经济的客观需要,政府能否有效开展移民工作,直接关乎社会的稳定。政府要妥善处理移民问题,应采取如下基本策略:一是合法性策略:依法开展移民工作;二是合作性策略:沟通协调,良性互动;三是合理性策略:确保移民的合法权益;四是合情性策略:竭诚为移民排忧解难。
Internal im migration plays an important role in promoting the rapid development of our society and economy. Whether the work can be carried out effectively by the local government or not will be directly related to the social stability. Some basic strategies should be adopted to solve the immigration problem smoothly. Validity stands in the first place. Immigration work should be based on the relevant laws. Cooperation requires enough coordination and good interaction. Rationality will guarantee the lawful fights and interests of immigrants. Friendliness should help immigrants to solve their problems and difficulties.
