摘要
IGBT高频开关电源以其一系列优点,一经问世就在整个电镀行业得到了广泛应用。但该电源的缺点是IGBT模块容易损坏,目前的一些IGBT保护方案仅停留在理论阶段。针对一家电镀企业的大功率高频开关电源屡损IGBT进行了长期跟踪调查。通过对IGBT高频开关电源的主板DC/AC电路和驱动电路的深入研究,进行了故障排查及处理。
High frequency insulated gate bipolar transistor （IGBT） switching power supply is very popular in electroplating industry,because of its series of advantages.But it also has a very difficult problem,the IGBT model is easily damaged, while the current protecting methods of IGBT still stay in the realm of theory.For the high power high frequency switching power supply is damaged many times in an electroplating enterprise, a tong follow-up survey has been made.By in-depth study of the main circuit and drive circuit,the reason of breakdown is found and the problem of the high frequency IGBT switching power supply is solved.
