The Study on External Knowledge Acquisition of Industrial Clusters Based on Focal Firm

摘要产业集群要不断发展,就需要拓宽知识联系的边界,不断从集群外部获取新的知识。基于产业集群企业具有异质性这一假设,探讨了核心企业与产业集群的外部知识获取的关系,认为核心企业是集群内部企业和集群外部建立知识联系的重要桥梁。分别基于集群网络的优先连接机制与关系强度平衡机制分析了核心企业在产业集群外部知识获取中的"推式"与"拉式"作用机制,并进一步阐述了基于核心企业的产业集群内外部知识的整合。
