摘要
简要总结“十五”以来工程建设的经验。根据莱钢“十一五”发展战略，技改项目建设面临艰巨任务。通过对项目面临形势的分析，提出下一步项目管理的思路和措施。
The experience in construction projects since the beginning of the lOth Five-year plan is briefly summed up. According to the developmental stratagem for the 11 th Five-year Plan for Laigang, the technical transformation projects are confronted with arduous tasks in construction. Through an analysis of the position faced with by the projects, the next-step train of thought for project management and measures are put forward.
