摘要
当前,京津冀经济一体化已经是中国经济的热点。但是,河北省的经济在此进程中却表现得落后于京津两地,即不存在经济学上所阐述的经济趋同现象。本文从新经济增长理论入手来分析京津冀物质资本及人力资本的流动及带来的影响,最后提出了河北省今后应采取的对策措施。
Currently, economic integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province has been the hotspot of Chinese economy, however, economy of Hebei Province falls behind the remaining two in this process. It means no economic convergence phenomenon expounded in economics. This paper analyzes the flow as well as its impact of material capital and human capital of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province from theories of new economic growth and finally poses measures for Hebei Province henceforth.
