摘要
DEAE- C柱层析法的白蛋白组分 ,经过 p H6.5,辛酸钠 4 mmol/L ,乙醇 9% ,68℃30 min热变性 ,冷却后再进行 p H4 .5酸化处理 ,可以得到符合中国生物制品规程要求的白蛋白制品。此工艺可以节约柱层析法工艺的设备及凝胶投资 ,缩短生产周期 ,提高白蛋白收率 。
In the presence of sodium caprylate 4mmol/L and ethanol 9%,the EDAE C chromatography albumin fraction from chromatography method was heated at 68℃ 30 min pH6.5. Then cooled, acidified to pH4.5, the albumin product was obtained. This integrated method could save a great quantity investment on equipment and gels in chromatography system, shorten the productive cycle, increase albumin recovery, and has prospect of application in industrialized scale.
