摘要
总结了微合金化高锰钢生产动锥、定锥的铸造工艺。通过成分优化和热处理工艺优化设计,采用消失模铸造工艺方案,试制成功一套动锥、定锥产品。经工业应用检验,使用寿命由原来的700h延长到1000h以上。
The casting process of the micro-alloying high manganese steel in making mobile cone, fixed cone was summarized. A set of mobile cone and fixed cone has been successfully made by expendable pattern casting (EPC) process through optimization of the compositon and heat treatment process. Industrial application indicates that the service life was prolonged from 700 h to 1 000 h.
