摘要
结合安钢竖式电弧炉,对其电极控制系统进行分析。通过已有的部分数据,建立BP神经网络模型,对原有的电极控制系统进行了优化。通过仿真得到了控制模型,可以改进系统的在线调整过程,实现对电极的更好控制。
In our country, most of electrode control systems of electric arc furnace are PID control system, and use electricity or liquid to drive it. This article analyze the electrode control system in detail connect with the electric arc furnace of AnYang steel plant. We build up BP network based on the collected data on field, and get a effect after emulation by matlab, which can improve the online adjust process, and can control electrode better.
