摘要
气体钻井与常规钻井液钻井相比具有速度快、周期短、综合成本低等优点,但气体钻井结束后井眼在由气体介质转换成液体介质过程中,由于转换的钻井液性能不适应干燥的井下条件、转换工艺技术不合理,易出现复杂情况或事故,使得转换时间长,气体钻井优势没有充分体现出来。为解决气体钻井结束后转换成钻井液钻井的井壁稳定、井眼畅通和防塌等问题,在总结多年气体钻井现场实践经验的基础上,提出了气体钻井后转换为钻井液体系和气液转换工艺及井眼清洁的工艺技术措施。
Gas drilling is advantageous in high ROP,short drilling cycle,and low costs when compared with conventional mud drilling.However,complicated problems or accidents will easily occur if the conversion of gaseous drilling medium to mud drilling medium at the end of the gas drilling is not proper.The mud often cannot exhibit the desired performance when first injected into the dry hole.And the conversion process often takes too much time.All these lead to loss of gas drilling advantages.In this paper,a set of technical measures is recommended for converting gas to mud and well cleaning based on years of gas drilling experiences on site,in order to get a stable wellbore,smooth trips and no well caving.
