摘要
探讨Onyx栓塞治疗脑动静脉畸形的方法及疗效。方法采用Seldinger技术经股动脉行全脑血管动脉造影,明确畸形血管团后,采用Marathon漂浮导管超选择进入畸形血管团内,使用Onyx对7例脑动静脉畸形进行栓塞。结果5例畸形血管团栓塞体积达50%~60%,50%以下2例,所有患者都进行了有效的栓塞,无1例出现并发症。结论Onyx是目前较理想的治疗脑动静脉畸形的栓塞材料,栓塞效果确切,但操作要谨慎,尽量减少并发症的发生。
Objective: To evaluate the method and clinical efficacy of embolization therapy for cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) with Onyx. Methods: all the 7 patients underwent cranial artery subtraction angiography and the supplying vessels to AVMs were identified.Marathon floating microcatheter was inserted into nidus of AVMs, then onyx was injected to it. Results: Effective embolization was achieved in all 7cases, 50%--60% emboliazation in 5 cases, less than 50% embolization in 2 cases. No severe complication occured in all the cases. Conclusion: Onyx is the ideal embolism to AVMs and the clinical efficacy is definit. The operation should be careful to minimize the complication.
