摘要
民族关系评估指标体系涉及因素十分庞杂,应当用系统动态分析方法进行跨学科整合。指标体系的框架结构,应当来自总结民族关系现实结构的理论模型;具体指标的遴选,应当遵循科学性与实用性并重的原则;指标体系的科学性,应当经过从理论到实践的反复测量验证;指标体系的效用,应当具有定量-定性、发现-解释、考绩-导向、监测-预警、预测-预控等诸项功能。
The system of assessment index of national relationship involves complex factors; a dynamic way of analysis should be applied to undertake trans-discipline adjustment. The framework of the index system should come from a theoretical mode outlining the reality of national relationship; the selection of specific index should be based on science and practice; the effectiveness of index system possesses the following functions ： quantity-quality, discover-explain, test-guide, monitor-alarm and predict-precaution.
