锁定加压钢板联合捆扎带治疗Vancouver B1型老年股骨假体周围骨折的初步报告 被引量:2

摘要 随着髋关节置换手术的普及,股骨假体周围骨折的发生率越来越高,文献报道从0.1%~2.5%不等。Vancouver B1型是其中一个特殊类型,骨折紧邻假体周围,最有效的固定方式一直存有争议。主要的难点在于如何获得有效的近端固定,特别是高龄合并严重骨质疏松的患者,同时又不能干扰骨水泥层或假体柄。锁定加压钢板螺钉系统(locking compression plate,LCP)治疗四肢骨折,特别是骨质疏松及粉碎性骨折的治疗非常有用。我们自2003年2月至2007年6月采用LCP联合捆扎带治疗8例Vancouver B1犁股骨假体周围骨折,初步取得了满意效果,现报告如下。
