摘要
介绍了De-Smet冷脱皮工艺,即大豆经清理后先进行烘干(30~40min)、再在缓苏仓内滞留48h,可使含水量12%的大豆水分降到9.5%~10%。通过烘干和缓苏后豆皮变得松脆,便于皮仁分离。该工艺在设备配置上要有足够的处理余量,在操作中要掌握冷脱皮技术要点,使大豆脱皮效率达82%~85%,皮中含油在1.6%以下。
The cold dehulling technology of De - Smet was introduced. The water content of soybean decreased from 12% to 9.5 % - 10% when the soybean was dried for 30 -40 rain, followed by buffering for 48 h. The dehulling efficiency reached 82% -85% , and the oil content in the hull was less than 1.6%.
