摘要
胶辊的性能和适纺性是决定成纱质量的重要因素,文章介绍了NFR-W 665型胶辊的主要性能指标,通过实验对比了使用NFR-W 665型胶辊和NFR-W 888-2型胶辊后的纱线条干均匀度和成纱强力,结果表明,前者的硬度、弹性回复性、抗绕性、耐磨性和耐冲击性均优于后者。
The property and spinning suitability of a rubber - roller are the important key to determine the formed yarn quality. This article introduces its main property index of NFR - W665 extro - low hard rubber - roller with a contrast comparison of the evenness and strength of the formed yarn by use of NFR - W665 and NFR - W888 - 2 rubber - rollers giveng after expriment. The result shows that the hardness, recovery, wearing, anti - twisting and anti - stroke of NFR - W665 are all better than that of NFR - W888 - 2.
