摘要
精梳小卷定量过大或过小都会对精梳效果、精梳落棉率及纺纱质量产生不良影响。文章认为:精梳小卷定量增大时,有利于分离牵伸过程中给棉罗拉喂入棉层对纤维的清洁及伸直效果,但对锡林梳理不利。为了探讨精梳小卷定量对纺纱质量的影响,利用不同的精梳小卷定量,在HC350型高效能精梳机上进行了纺纱试验。结果表明:在给棉长度为4.7 mm、精梳小卷定量70g/m时,可改善成纱质量。
Too heavy or too less combed lap weight will affect the combing efficiency, percentage of noils and formed yarn quality negatively. It holds that the increase of combed lap weight benefits the cleaning effect and paraUelization of the fibers but not favourable for the carding of cylinder. To investigate the effect of combed lap weight on the yarn quality, yarn is spun on HC350 high performance comber with different weight of laps. The experimental result shows that high quality yarn can be obtained with 70g/m of combed lap weight and 4.7ram of cotton fiber length.
