摘要
目的观察中药组方升阳益胃汤对美施康定不良反应的防治效果。方法将74例中重度慢性癌痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组38例，对照组36例。观察组在给予常规治疗的同时，给予升阳益胃汤加减治疗。结果观察组总有效率92．1％优于对照组（75．0％），差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；观察组恶心、呕吐、纳差、腹胀、便秘等症状明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论升阳益胃汤能有效防治美施康定的不良反应，并可增强其镇痛效果，提高生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction（SYD）on the adverse reactions of MS Contin. Methods 74 Cancer patients with moderate-severe pain were divided into observation group and control group randomly. 38 patients in observation group and 36 patients in control group. The observation group was given SYD, also given MS Contin convention treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92. 1% ,which was better than that in the control group（75.0% ） ,the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The Symptom of adverse reaction, such as vomiting, nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal distension and constipation of the patients in observation group were less than those of the patients in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion SYD could effectively prevent and treat the adverse reactions of MS Contin, enhance the Analgesic Effect, improve the quality of life.
