摘要
指出业主在招标阶段面临的风险是客观存在的。从业主的角度出发,对招标过程中的主要风险源进行了识别,采用层次分析法建立了风险评价模型,找出了影响风险水平的主要因素,有利于业主更好的规避和应对风险。
Risks faced by owner in bidding stage exists objectively. In this paper from the viewpoints of owners major resources of risks in bidding process are identified, at the same time utilizing analytic hierarchy process method risk evaluation model is built, in order to find major factors influencing risk level to give references for owners to better avoid and deal with those risks.
