摘要
黑龙江省是我国的大豆生产、科研和加工大省,为保障国家大豆产业安全,促进产业发展做出了重要贡献。本文研究了黑龙江省即将实施的"千亿斤粮食生产能力战略工程规划"对大豆产业的影响,认为:该规划将优化大豆产业布局,促进大豆生产结构调整,增强产业发展潜力;但也可能诱致大豆面积缩减,危及大豆物种保护,妨碍大豆市场竞争,同时提出了相关政策建议。
Heilongdiang is one of those biggest soybean industry provinces, which plays an important role in soybean production,research, and process in China. It also does a lot of contribution for the development and safety of soybean industry. The paper has researched the role of Fifty Million Ton Grain Production Pro- ject, FMTPP, on soybean industry in Heilongjiang. Our conclusion is that the FMTPP will perfect the soybean regional optimization, and optimize soybean indusry structure, and enhance the potential of soybean industry to develop. There also exists the probability of the declining of planting area, threatening the existence of genic soybean, obstructing the market competition; At last the writer proposes some advice on policy.
