摘要
21世纪,人类社会开始全面进入知识经济时代,绩效评估对组织的影响加大。通过比较知识经济时代的工作主体——知识型员工与工业经济时代的工作主体——传统型员工的工作性质的角度,分析出知识经济时代工作性质,绩效评估应注重绩效评估内容结构越来越复杂化和多元化;新的绩效评估方法更加注重战略竞争层面;绩效评估主体的选择范围扩大等。
In the 21st century, human society begins to en- ter the era of knowledge economy in an all-round way, and the impact of performance evaluation on organizations in- creases. From the perspective of comparing the work nature in the era of knowledge economy --knowledge workers and that in the era of industrial economy -- traditional workers, this paper firstly analyzes the change of the work nature in the era of knowledge economy. And then, it analyzes the impacts of the work nature in the era of knowledge economy on performance evaluation by using relevant theories of per- formance evaluation with an emphasis on the analyses of its impacts on the contents and structures of performance evalu- ation, the methods of performance evaluation and the subject of performance evaluation.
