摘要
针对某电厂亚临界压力600MW机组QFSN-600-2型发电机轴系振动异常的情况,通过对振动现象及特征的详细分析,得出了发电机轴承振动大是由于支撑垫铁松动,致使轴瓦下沉,从而引发了动静摩擦和转子中心发生变化所导致的。为此,在机组检修中采取相应措施进行了成功处理。
In view of the abnormal shafting vibration on QFSN-600-2 generator of subcritical 600 MW unit in some power plant, profound analysis was made of the vibration phenomenon and characteristics. It was concluded that the excessive vibration was caused by the friction between movable and static parts and the alteration of rotor core following the loosening of support block and the resultant drop of bearing bush. Measures were taken accordingly in the overhaul of unit and the problem was solved successfully.
