摘要
利用4,4’-双(4-氨基苯氧基)二苯硫醚(DADPSE)单体与多种酸酐聚合反应,制得了多种结构的芳香族聚酰胺酸,涂膜后热亚胺化得到一系列聚酰亚胺树脂,并对聚合物的吸水率、表面能和热性能等进行了研究。结果表明,合成的DADPSE具有较高的纯度和较高的反应活性;所制得的聚酰亚胺薄膜有较好的疏水性;DADPSE/ODPA-PI有优良的耐热稳定性。
Viscous polyamic acid solution(PAA) was prepared by polycondensation reaction between 4, 4'- bis (4-aminophenoxy) diphenyl sulfide(DADPSE) and various anhydride in polar aprotic organic solvent, and corresponding polythioetherimide(PI) film was also obtained by thermal imidization of PAA thin layer. The surface property and thermal stability of the film were further studied.
