摘要
桩核冠修复是根管充填治疗后牙齿外形重建的最主要手段之一。近几十年铸造合金桩核冠及预成金属桩加核加冠成了牙体缺损修复的主流方式,但是由于其自身存在诸多缺点限制了其在临床上的应用。自从90年代碳纤维桩问世以来,由于其自身特点得到了临床医生的青睐,随后又出现了玻璃纤维桩和石英纤维桩,聚乙烯纤维增强的树脂桩。目前玻璃纤维桩成为了纤维桩修复的主流,但是同样存在着自身缺点,这使得研究人员致力研发新一代的纤维桩,如石英纤维桩。本文回顾了纤维桩的发展过程、纤维桩的分类、最新一代的纤维桩的优点、临床操作所需要的材料和器械及所需要注意的问题。
Post and core restoration is one of the main methods to restore tooth contour after root canal treatment (RCT). Although metal casted posts and core restoration have been the main trend to fix the defective teeth for decades, there are many shortcomings which have limited its clinical applcations. Since 90 years of the last century , carbon fiber posts have appeared and been accepted by dentists. And from then on, glass fiber post, quartz fiber post and polyethylene fibre caused resin post turn up. Now, the glass fiber post restoration is the main trend in fiber restoration, however it has its own limitations. So reseachers have researched the new generation quartz fiber post. This message has reviewed the fiber post history, the merits and shortcomings of every kind of fiber post, the basic physical and chemical properties, and the merits of the newest generation fiber post. And it also summerized the material and instruments, clinical steps and the problems which should be paid attention to in clinical practice.
