摘要
为了理解出口退税政策的调整对社会经济活动各方面产生的影响,从生产者、消费者、政府财政和国家福利几个方面分析出口退税的静态经济效应和动态经济效应。出口退税的经济效应表明静态分析的福利损失,动态分析的产业发展的结论。
The policy about export rebates has a significant influence on trade development and national economic growth. This article analyzes the static and dynamic economic effects of export tax rebates from the perspective of producer,consumer,government finance and public welfare. The economic effect of export rebates indicates the welfare loss of static analysis and industrial development of dynamic analysis.
