摘要
目的研究银杏内酯缓释片的制备方法,筛选出最佳制备工艺条件。方法采用四因素(甲壳素、柠檬酸、乳糖、卡波姆用量)三水平正交实验设计,以释放度综合评分为评价指标,确定银杏内酯缓释片的最佳制备工艺条件;并对优化的试验结果考察其体外释放效果。结果最佳工艺条件甲壳素、柠檬酸、乳糖、Carbomer用量分别为15、1、6、20mg,所制备的银杏内酯缓释片在1、2、4、6、12h的体外累积释放率分别为27.10%、40.15%、49.23%、57.47%、82.25%。结论制备的银杏内酯缓释片缓释效果良好,制备工艺简单易行,累积释放率符合要求。
Objective To investigate the preparation method of Ginkgolides sustained release tablets, so as to optimize the preparation technology conditions for these preparations. Methods The preparation technology conditions were optimized by orthogonal design with the amounts of chitin, citric acid, lactose, carbomer, with the release rate of Ginkgolides sustained release tablets as indexes. The optimized results were verified, and the in vitro release of Ginkgolides sustained release tablets was determined. Results The optimum preparation technology conditions of Ginkgolides sustained release tablets were as follows: the amounts of chitin, citric acid, lactose, and carbomer were 15, 1, 6, and 20 mg, respectively; and the in vitro release rates at 1, 2, 4, 6, and 12 h were 27.10% , 40. 15%, 49. 23%, 57.47%, and 82.25%, respectively. Conclusion The delayed release effect of Ginkgolides sustained release tablets is better. The preparation is easy. The in vitro accumulated drug release is in conformity with the requirements.
