摘要
人是图书馆工作的主体,在当今以人为本的知识经济时代,人力资源管理已经成为图书馆管理的重中之重。高校图书馆人力资源管理中有关招聘、配置、职业生涯规划、培训、绩效考核、激励机制等诸多环节对激发馆员潜能,培养馆员素质,提升服务质量,提高工作效率都具有着重要作用。
People are the main body of the library work. In today's peoplecentered knowledge economy era, human resources management has become the top priority of library management. In university library the' recruitment, deployment, career planning, training, performance evaluation, incentives and many other aspects of human resources management have important roles in stimulating the potential of the staff, training the quality of the staff and enhancing the work efficiency.
