摘要
证券犯罪是随着证券市场的发展而产生的金融犯罪。随着证券、期货市场的日益活跃,证券、期货违法犯罪现象明显增多,新的证券、期货违法犯罪手段和形式也层出不穷。因此笔者认为,打击证券犯罪行为,必须明确证券犯罪的特点,揭示侦办证券犯罪案件所面临的问题,研究防范证券犯罪的对策,总结防范证券犯罪的经验,从而为证券市场的健康发展保驾护航。
securities crimes are financial crimes generated by the development of the stock market. With the increasingly popular securities, futures markets, securities and futures crimes are increased evidently, and the new securities, futures illegal means and forms are appeared one after another. Therefore the author believed that criminal acts against securities must clarify the characteristics of securities crimes, reveal the problems faced by the investigation of the securities crimes, study the measures to prevent Securities crimes, sum up the experience of preventing securities crimes, and protect the healthy development of the securities market.
