摘要
为了应用ANSYS的APDL语言建立一对渐开线齿轮的啮合模型,ANSYS提供了实体建模的两种基本方法。文章通过坐标转换的理论推导,建立了渐开线轮齿实体建模的实用方程,从而为ANSYS下应用"自底向上的建模法"提供了理论依据。
In order to apply ANSYS the APDL language to establish a pair of involute gears meshing model,ANSYS provided two essential methods of the entity modeling. Through the coordinates transform theory, this article has established the practical equation of the involute wheel tooth, which has provided the theory basis for appling "from the bottom upward modeling law" under ANSYS environment.
