摘要
固体酸H2SO4/Celite能有效催化羧酸和环己醇的反应。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比及带水剂对产率的影响。实验表明,该催化剂具有良好的催化活性和重复使用性,与传统合成方法相比,具有反应条件温和、操作简便、产率高等优点,减少或消除了实验产生的污染,实现了化学实验绿色化的目标。
H2SO4/Celite can efficiently catalyze the reaction of cyclohexanol and carboxylic acids to afford cyclohexyl carboxylate. It was found that the yield mainly depends on the amount of catalyst, molar ratio of alcohol to acid and wa- ter-carrying reagents. The experiments show that the catalyst exhibits good catalytic activity and can be reusable. Com- pared to traditional methods, the advantages of the reaction are under mild condition, simple process with high yield. The pollutions produced by traditional experiments are reduced or eliminated. The green experiment can be achieved successfully.
