摘要
提出地方高校加强学科建设的错位发展、依托发展、借力发展三大战略。错位发展战略,是要利用自身的优势去发展学科特色,实行学科的错位规划、分层建设和动态管理;依托发展战略,是指依托地方做好科技创新服务和人才培养服务;借力发展战略,是在更宽广的领域实行开放式办学,充分借用外部资源加快学科发展。
This thesis puts forward the three strategies of local university discipline construction, ie, misplacement development, reliance development, bon＇owing development. Misplacement development strategy concentrates on discipline characteristies development through its own potentiality, earrying out displacement planning, stratification construction as well as mobility management. Reliance development strategy focuses on the science and technology innovation, intelligence cultivation through the utilization of local city resources. Borrowing development strategy adheres to the principle of carrying out the opening policy to run schools in more extensive fields, fully bon＇owing outer resources to accelerate discipline development.
