基于组合CBR和专家系统的模具快速设计

摘要 提出了基于新产品组合事例推理和专家系统相结合的模具快速设计方案。针对产品零件形状千差万别,结构参数众多,采用组合事例推理比较准确地得到了以往相似的成功设计案例,利用相应的专家系统设计和修改相似案例中的某些参数,使新产品的模具设计过程变得更加快速和智能化。 A new rapid mould design system based on new product combinational case-based reasoning and expert system was presented. Mould design process will become more faster and intelligence with knowledge and experience. Because the parameter and shape of products are differ in thousands ways, combinational case-based reasoning can help designer gain similar successful design cases exactly. After the certain parameters of the similar case be deduced and modified with the relevant expert system, the mould design process could be achieved rapidly.
