摘要
采用甲醇超声波辅助萃取中药复方毛冬青颗粒剂,并用高效液相色谱/离子阱质谱联用对其成分进行分析研究。色谱柱采用Dikma Diamonsil C18(4.6×250 mm,5μm),流动相采用水和乙腈进行梯度洗脱,质谱采用了电喷雾(ESI)和大气压化学电离(APCI)两种离子源,并同时采用正、负离子电离模式,分析化合物的分子量和通过相关文献检索对照,证实中药复方毛冬青颗粒剂含有腺苷。
In this paper, high performance liquid chromatography along with trap mass spectrometry was used to study the extract of compound Ilex pubescens medicinal granules, which was extracted by ultrasound-assisted extraction using methanol. The column was used Dikma Diamonsil Cls (4. 6 × 250 mm, 5 μm) , the mobile phase consisted of waster and acetonitde with a gradient program. The ionization techniques of ESI APCI were used in this work, both positive-and negative-ion modes. In the liquid chromatograms obtained by TIC from positive-and negative-ion HPLC-MS, the molecular weights of 33 main components were determined based on the corresponding positive-and negative-ion mass spectra information. It was confered according to literature and one components of Adenosine.
