摘要
原发性骨质疏松症是以骨量减少、骨质微观结构退化为特征的一种全身性疾病。其主要并发症是各种脆性骨折，也是引起病残和死亡的主要原因。骨质疏松症已经成为严峻的公共卫生及社会问题。通过查阅国内外有关治疗骨质疏松症药物的文献报道，对近几年来抗骨质疏松症药物的研究进展进行综述，为临床防治骨质疏松症的医务工作人员做一有益参考。
Primary osteoporosis is a systemic disease characterized by osteopenia and degeneration of hone mierostrueture. Its main complication are kinds of brittle bone fraeture,whiek also is the main reason resulting in disability and death. Osteoporosis has become the severe publie health and social problem. This article aims to providing a reference to clinical prevention and treatment of asteoporosis based on the related document of primary osteoporosis.
