摘要
在新疆这个极干旱农业区,"水"是制约经济发展致关重要的因素。分析本区水资源紧缺的原因和灌溉农业用水的现状,探讨农业可持续发展的基本途径就是合理利用水资源,实施农业高效用水,灌溉节水是社会节约用水的重要措施,提出在全社会开展节水灌溉的同时应注意的问题和措施。
Xinjiang is an extreme dry agricultural area, and＂water＂ is the crucial factor of economic development. The article analyses the reasons for the shortage of water resources and the present situation of irrigation water use for agricultural. It explores the sustainable development of agriculture is the rational use of water resources, and it is the importance of water conservation measures that is the implementation of efficient water use in agriculture and irrigation water-- saving all society. At last the paper suggests to carry out water--saving irrigation in the whole society at the same time should pay attention to the problems and measures.
