摘要
分析了2008年山西省晋中市COD和SO2减排情况,得出如下结论:COD减排主要为城市污水处理厂运行削减,占总削减量的69.7%;其次为结构调整削减,占总削减量的24.8%;工业废水治理工程削减仅占总削减量的5.5%。SO2减排主要为非电工程削减,占40%以上;其次为电力工程削减和非电结构调整削减,分别占到20%~30%;比例最小的为电力结构调整削减,仅占到3.6%。指出,这些措施有效改善了晋中市的环境质量。
After analyzing the status of COD and SO2 reduction in Jinzhong City of Shanxi province in 2008, the paper reaches following conclusions: the emissions reduction of COD were reduced mainly by the operating of urban sewage treatment plants accounting for 69.7 % of total reduction volume, followed by structure adjustment reduction acounting for 24.8%, and the reduction of industrial waste water treatment projects only accounted for 5.5 % of total reduction volume; the emissions reduction of SO2 were reduced mainly by non-electric proiects accounting for over 40%, followed by electrical engi-neering reduction and non-electric industry structural adjustment reduction respectively accounting for 20 %-30 %, and the smallest proportion of SO2 reduction was by the structure adjustment of power industries only accounting for 3.6 %. The paper points out that these measures improved effectively the environmental quality of Jinzhong City.
