摘要
该文综述目前食用油脂掺入废弃食用油脂现状及涉及食品安全问题;概述目前应用检测食用油掺入废弃食用油脂方法,主要是理化检测和仪器分析检测;最后对检测方法及我国食品安全问题进行展望。
Summarized the present situation and the food security problem of that the waste edible oil was mixed in edible oil. Outlined in the testing items of the present application of that the waste edible oil was mixed in edible oil. It was mainly the physics and chemistry examination and the instrumental analysis examination. After compared them, finally we are looking into examination method and our country food security problem.
