摘要
目的:探讨中晚期肝硬化腹水患者应用中药制剂,对其腹水的缓解作用。方法:选取58例肝硬化腹水患者,抽签法随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组36例,口服中药制剂。对照组22例,仅采用常规治疗,观察记录两组肝硬化腹水病人精神状态、腹水状况。结果:治疗组患者精神状态显著较对照组良好(P<0.05),治疗组患者发生腹水情况显著低于对照组。结论:肝硬化腹水病人应用中药制剂,可有效缓解不良症状,促进精神状态恢复,降低腹水发生几率。
Objective：In investigation and discussion,the later period cirrhosis of liver ascites patient applies traditional Chinese medicine preparation,the laxation effect to whose ascites. Method：Choose 58 example cirrhosis of liver ascites disease,draw lots to follow random being to cure a group and to contrast a group mark. 36 examples,the traditional Chinese medicine preparation professing to be convinced curing a group. Collation forms 22 examples,the patient adopt routine only situation curing,observing mindset,ascites recording two set of cirrhosis of liver ascites patients. Result：Cures notable finer than collation group（P〈0.05）.Curing group patient mindset forming a patient ascites condition happened notable be lower than the collation group. Conclusion：The cirrhosis of liver ascites patient applies traditional Chinese medicine preparation,may have an effect to relieve the bad symptom,boost mindset recovering,reduce ascites probabilities happened.
