摘要
咳嗽是中医肺系疾病常见的一种症状,包括现代医学中的呼吸道感染、急(慢)性支气管炎、支气管扩张、肺炎、肺结核、肺心病等呼吸系统疾病以及出现咳嗽的其它系统疾病。整体观念和辨证论治是中医学治疗疾病的有利武器,脏腑相关思维展示了中医学治疗咳嗽的优势与特色。目前,中医临床中常从肺、脾、肾三脏论治咳嗽,然而,对于某些顽固性咳嗽效果并不理想。浅谈咳嗽从心、肝两脏论治。
TCM lung cough is a common disease symptoms,including modern medicine in the respiratory tract infection,acute（slow） of bronchitis,bronchiectasis,pneumonia,tuberculosis,pulmonary heart disease and other respiratory diseases as well as cough and other diseases.Treatment is the overall concept and the medical treatment of disease in a powerful weapon,the relevant organs of thinking displayed in Chinese medicine for coughs the strengths and characteristics. At present,in clinic,treatment of cough is often from lung,spleen,kidney three dirty,however,some stubborn cough do not yielded satisfactory results. This article primarily on the basis of their study of Chinese medicine and clinical experience of coughing from the heart,liver dirty on the Treatment of the two.
