摘要
计算机辅助测试系统的成熟运用,使得大功率减速器的加载系统得到了的变革。为完善系统,降低成本,特引入了基于虚拟仪器的模拟加载系统,即利用计算机控制技术实现模拟加载功能的要求。根据大功率减速器性能测试的要求,对大功率减速器加载系统进行了深入地研究,应用了虚拟仪器技术和基于模糊变量PID控制的测功机控制系统。
The mature use of computer assistant test system, lead a transform to the big power gear reducer test system. In order to consummate this system and reduce the cost, especially draw into the simulate load test system that based on dummy instrument, namely use the computer control technology to meet the need of simulate load function. On the basis of the big power gear reducer' s performs needs, make a deep study about the load technology, thereinto, have used the dummy instrument technology and the control of dynamomete based on the fuzzy variable parameter PID controller.
