摘要
冲压成形仿真技术应用越来越普及,但传统冲压工艺经验仍是制订冲压成形工序和成形方案的重要基础。本文通过多工步冲压成形仿真和传统冲压工艺经验在某汽车零件中的应用,强调了传统冲压工艺经验在冲压工序和成形方案制订中的作用,并应用多工步冲压成形仿真技术完成了该零件的成形工艺设计。
Nowadays, the simulation stamping technology has been widely applied in sheet metal forming industry with the help of simulation software.However, the traditional stamping process still plays an important part in the selection of feasible stamping procedure and forming process.By applying the traditional proeess and simulation stamping technology in one real automotive part, the function of traditional technology in selection of stamping procedure and forming process has been put forward as well as the function of simulation technology in design.
