颅内动脉瘤破裂伴脑内血肿35例CTA诊断及临床分析

摘要 目的:探讨CTA对颅内动脉瘤破裂伴脑内血肿的诊断及手术指导价值。方法:回顾性分析2003-02/2008-09我科收治的35例破裂颅内动脉瘤伴脑内血肿患者的临床资料。结果:CTA可明确诊断颅内动脉瘤,根据GO S标准,患者出院时恢复良好21例,轻度残废10例,重度残废2例,死亡1例,自动出院2例。结论:CTA可作为诊断颅内动脉瘤的首选检查,对显微手术有明确的指导价值。
