神经传导速度测定在糖尿病末梢神经损害中的诊断价值研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨神经传导速度(NCV)测定在糖尿病末梢神经损害中的诊断价值,为早期发现亚临床末梢神经损害提供客观依据。方法采用56例2型糖尿病患者进行神经传导速度测定。结果56例2型糖尿病患者根据NCV测定,最后诊断糖尿病末梢神经损害的有44例(79%)。此外NCV异常率与糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的高低相关,HbA1c高的糖尿病人NCV异常率高,并发末梢神经损害的多。NCV异常率与病程的长短呈正相关。NCV异常率与B.S的高低无相关性。结论对糖尿病患者应常规进行神经传导速度测定,为早期诊断及早期治疗糖尿病末梢损害提供依据。
