摘要
以80只小鼠移植肝癌为模型,对其随机分为对照组及5个不同剂量的治疗组。对治疗组瘤内注射90Y玻璃微球(90YGM),以观察疗效,探寻有效治疗剂量。结果表明当瘤内给予1~3mci/cm3剂量的90Y时,肿瘤坏死或严重变性而无明显副作用。术后5天测定的肿瘤重量治疗组与对比组间差异显著(P值<0.001);而治疗组间比较则无显著差异(P值>0.05)。
Liver tumor cells were transplanted into eighty mice which were randomly divided into six groups as models. One group was kept as control while the other five groups received injections of different doses of 90\ Y glass microspheres directly into the center of the trmor to observe the effective dose of treatment . The results showed that when the dose was given at 1 ̄3 mci/cm3 there were nocrosis or serious degeneration of the tumor and no apparent side effect 5 days after injection. There was significant difference in weight of tumor between the the treated groups and the control group (P<0.001), but no significant difference existed between the treated groups (P>0.05).
