摘要
当前,高校后勤用工人员中有三分之二属外来用工和社会用工,他们多来自农村,人员流动性较大。就笔者调研所知,目前各高等院校都有被劳动争议案件困扰的经历,尤其是新的劳动合同法的颁布与实施。因此,如何遵照现有劳动合同发法,规范高校后勤用工,维护高校后勤用工的稳定是值得探讨的课题。本文通过对高校后勤用工的特殊性及复杂性的分析,针对高校后勤用工存在的问题,如何规范高校后勤用工提出了若干措施。
