摘要
研究梳棉机气流问题、剥棉问题和锡林与盖板间纤维的脉动问题。分析了刺辊部分、锡林与盖板部分前上罩板、锡林与道夫间气流运动的规律,以及上述气流对梳理过程中纤维转移的影响。讨论了梳棉机不同形式剥棉机构的优劣和梳棉机锡林盖板间纤维是否存在着波动现象,指出梳棉机锡林与盖板间纤维存在着波动现象。
Issues with airflow, cotton - stripping and pulsation of fabric between cylinder and fiat are discussed. The law of airflow in areas such as taker-in, front upper plate of taker-in and flat, and between cylinder and doffer, as well as the influence of the airflow in these parts on fabric transfer, is analyzed. Besides, the advantages and disadvantages of different cotton-stripping mechanism of carding machines, whether there is pulsation of fabric between cylinder and flat, are discussed. It is proposed that fabric fluctuates when it passes through the area between cylinder and flat.
